Five Stages Of Intentionality Coaching

Intentional Clarity: We will use a number of different modalities to do some deep self exploration and uncover where you are currently at and what subconscious programs you have running that led you to here.

Intentional Visioning: We use a number of positive psychology interventions combined with meditation and visualization to get really clear on what matters to you and what you want to bring into your life.

Intentional Planning: We will come up with a strategy and associated systems that will set you up for the best chance of moving towards your vision. This will involve a combination of mindset (positive) exercises and logistical plans (practical) such as financial strategies, daily routines, etc.

Intentional Action: We will integrate the 7 principles of Intentionality and the associated behaviors so that you can really embrace a life of Intentionality. Depending on what needs to change in your life, we will bring in different Intentionality tools to support your transformation.

Intentional Accountability: This is happening continuously through our regular communication cadence and your inclusion in our private Intentionality Pather community. We will determine who else we need to bring into your circle and who you may need to remove.

 
 
 

The BTBF Model

Your experience in life and the subconscious coding that guides your everyday decisions and actions is made up of four different factors:

  1. How you FEEL - ex.: do you feel stressed, overwhelmed, guilty, empowered or excited?

  2. What you BELIEF - ex.: do you believe that certain achievements are out of your reach?

  3. What you THINK - ex.: do you tell yourself that you’re not worthy or not achieving enough?

  4. How you BEHAVE - ex.: are you a leader or a follower? do you tend to avoid confrontation or incite it?
